30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for most products purchased from our store. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging and accessories. Products that have been opened, used, worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
Return Procedure:
1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Package the product carefully in its original packaging. Include all accessories and documentation.
3. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the return package.
4. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return package back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund for the product price.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
